Will's Village:
"I've got to find Dean,Raven, and Raiju and tell them to leave before, Argh."
Will said as he fell to his knees and grabs his right arm in pain.
'I can't change yet, I need to make sure they get out of here and not end up like mom and dad.'Will thought as he got back to his feet and started to run again while holding his arm.
"Raven come on and get over here. I've found Will and it looks like he's hurt."
Dean said as he ran up to Will and looks at his arm.
" Oh no, Will is trying not to shift out of rage, but what could have caused this to happen and where is mom and dad at?"
Raven ran over to Will Dean, she gasped when she noticed Will's condition. "I-I-I'll go get help!" She turned towards the direction of town.
what could have happened?...I just hope I can get help in time.
"Raven, you and Dean need to get as far away from here as you can and fast,"
Will said as tears started to form in his eyes." We are the only ones left now. The human hunters caught and killed mom, dad, and all of the others. I'll hold them off long enough for the both of you to escape."
"Mom and dad are gone and us three are the only ones left now,"
Dean whispered to himself before looking at Will."Fine I'll take Raven and get out of here and you make sure that you follow us the first chance that you get Will and if not I will find you if you get caught that I promise."
"No! We can't leave you Will! I-If the hunters got mom and dad they'll get you too!!"
Raven stated as tears ran down her face. She was trying to stand form, but she was so scared and had so much buzzing around in her head, how could she look stronge?
"Raven, remember what mom and dad told us to do if something ever happened to them, that we needed to look out for each other. Look just listen to what Dean says and I'll try to get the both of you enough time to get out of here and take out as many of the hunters as I can at the same time>"
Will said as he turned around to face the way he had came from and watched as the hunters slowly advanced to where they was."Dean I'm counting on you to keep Raven safe until we can all meet up again."
"Ok Will and you try not to end up like mom and dad."
Dean said as he started to walk towards the forest in the opposite direction from where the hunters was coming from."Come on Raven lets get going so we don't get caught too."
"Bu-but shouldn't we fight or retreat together?"
Raven asked hesitant to fallow but her survival instinct was to stronge.
"Maybe if mom and dad was still around then we would have."
Dean said as he took one last glance at Will."But I have faith in Will that he won't let himself be killed Raven, Will did train with Raiju for seven years after all."
'Here they come and I just have to hold them off long enough for Dean and Raven to get away.'Will thought as he gripped his sword in his left hand and let his right arm and hand shift into its hybrid wolf form as the hunters started to emerge into the clearing.
Raven picked up her speed." Your right..Let's get out of here as fast as we can."
You better not die Will..er I'll kick you butt all through the afterlife!
"What did we do to warrant this attack on our village?"
Will asked with a low growl as he glared at the hunter that was in front if him.
"Isn't existing enough?" The hunter gave a cruel grin before it contorted into a grimace. "You know full well what line you crossed, freak."
"I was born this way and I'll make you pay for what you did to my parents and my home."
Will said as he slashed at the nearest hunter.
'At least this way they won't get Dean and Raven.'
"Such a nasty temper." The hunter deflected Will's attack. "Why don't you just beg for your life like a good little doggy?"
"I don't beg."
Will growled as he went for a slash with his sword. "Unlike my father I actually know how to use this sword."
"Stubborn little mutt, aren't you." The hunter spat before ducking.
Will smirks as he swipes at the hunter with his clawed right hand before attempting another slash with his sword.
The hunter dodged his claws only for the sword to make contact with his shoulder. He hissed in pain. "Enough of this! Now!" At his signal more hunters moved in, with guns at the ready.
'Ok I should have bought them enough time to get away.'Will thought as he put away his sword and fully shifted into his hybrid wolf form. "You sure that you want to kill the last werewolf in this forest?"
Will asked as he watched the rest of the hunters take aim at him. "I DON'T THINK YOU HAVE THE GUTS TO DO IT."
The hunter gave a very disturbing grin at that. "As nice a souveneir your pelt would make, you happen to be much more valuable alive." And the first of the gunmen shot a tranquilizer dart into Will's torso.
'It's up to you now Dean to take care of Raven.'Will thought as he felt the dart hit and take effect.
The Ward:
Luna sat quietly on her bed as the doctor came. She had became use to this, it happens just about every day, but this time was slightly different due to her trying to attack the doctor. It was a pathetic attempt but still it was enough to give them an excuse to cuff her hand together, making any movement impossible or painful.
As the doctor entered the room his head nurse followed right behind him, while he checked her wrists to ensure the hadn't hurt herself trying to get free, the doctor checked the clipboard attached to her bed "and how are we feeling today?" he asked casually, as if the patient
hadn't tried to rip his face off earlier.
"Pleasantly p***ed~ don't you think the cuffs are abit extreme~?" Luna asked flattering her eyelashes innocently as she tilted her head to the right.
"I'm afraid they are necessary" the doctor replied "at least until we are certain you won't attempt to maim the staff again" he set down the clipboard and approached Luna "we don't want more of the staff to become patients, now do we?" he gave her a kind smile, one that showed he did want to remove her cuffs, but couldn't because of what had happened earlier.
Luna scuffed at the doctors smile. it all was a game, he'd smile sweetly and pretend to care and she play dumbly into it, believing that they actually want to make things some what comfortable. no, she's not going to ever fall for that cheap trick.
The doctor let out an exasperated sigh, this girl had some strong defenses, what had happened in her life to make her so distrustful of humans? he doubted he'd ever find out as the Director was rather tight-lipped about what he knew about these patients, let alone the one in the deep-iso wing...what was his name again..Raiju?, he needed to double check the records on that one, he turned from Luna and headed for the door "I have to check on the Deep-iso patient, I'll be back and we can do this again" he said with a smile.
"Till then, love~."
Luna replied sweetly.
Will sat quietly as the doctor finished with the test he was performing.'Fi
ve years I've been here putting up with these tests but I'm still not strong enough to try and escape due to whatever they injected me with as soon as I arrived here.' Will thought to himself. 'I hope Raven and Dean are having better luck than I am.' "Hey doc are you about done yet?"
The doctor was examining some recent findings "now now" he said not taking his eyes away from the clipboard "one must be thorough or on might overlook something important" he said rather casually.
"I guess so." Will said with a sigh as he glanced out of the window." I hope my brother is watching over my sister like I told him to."
"I wouldn't doubt it" the doctor replied as he finally looked up from his clipboard "I'm sure they're both just fine" he said as he set the clipboard down and approached Will.
"I hope so, especially after what I did for them five years ago." Will said as he glanced back over at the doctor. "Although I'm still a bit hazy on what happened after I was knocked out."
"I'm afraid I won't be of much help there" the doctor replied as he picked up a simple needle "I was not privie to the events of your processing" he explained as he started use a cotton swab to clean a spot on Will's arm "I'm just taking a blood sample" he stated.
"I see." Will said as he let the doctor take the blood sample.
"now now don't, feel too discouraged" the doctor said as he extracted the blood "I'll see what I can find out for you, but I'll have to warn you, my clearance level is low, so I might not be able to find very much" he explained as he withdrew the needle and sealed the test tube to prevent contamination.
"Just find out what you can and I'll be happy." Will said as he gave the doctor a small smile.
As the doctor nodded in agreement three guards entered the room, The doctor looked at them for a second before looking at Will again "looks like our times up for now, I'll see what I can do on my end" he said with a smile as the guards approached to escort Will back to hia room.
"ok." Will said as he got up and walked over to the Guards.
"I still don't understand what the Director was thinking when he decided this was a good idea." Jay said out loud as he sat outside of Raiju's room in the Deep-iso area.
Marcus, Jays partner, sighed "relax alright!, I was there when the boss had this guy put in here, he's not getting out so long as that machine is connected to him and we stay off the power grid in the process" he explained for the umpteenth time.
"I am relaxed Marcus." Jay said glancing over at Marcus." I just can't help to feel sorry for the guy and the others that are in here."
"I hear ya!" Marcus replied "those other two were none to friendly when they were brought in, but this guy...he looked like they threw a whole warzone at him before they strapped him into that thing" he slowly shook his head "and I know at least two doctors who feel the same way too" he heard the sound of a steel door sliding open "here comes one of them now" it was Luna's doctor, Doctor Smith, he and Will's Doctor Jones were among the few sympathizers who detested the less than humane treatment of their 'guests'.
Smith stepped in front of the guards "I'm here to do a routine check on Raiju and his... accommodations" he said the last word with more than a hint of bitterness as he and Jones heard about the monstrosity of a machine that Raiju was plugged into but only he had actually known who had been subjected to it.
"Alright I'll unlock the door for you." Jay said as he got up and unlocked the door to Raiju's room.
Inside was Raiju in his human form, his body was dirty and his clothes were ripped and torn from the battle that resulted in his capture, his body was strapped into a indentation in the massive machine which took up an entire wall (the part of the thing that you could see anyway) several wires and tubes were sticking out of and into his body, some where drawing out his power and storing it in massive batteries for use throughout the complex, while others were supplying his body with nutrients to keep him alive indefinitely as well as a mild sedative to keep him docile and his mind unfocused, his lower half was covered by more of the machine ment to extract bodily waste and keep his extremities confined, this has been his condition for the last four years, he had been brought here barely a year after Will and Luna had been, the only difference was it had taken a small army an a massive battle to subdue him.
Smith moved to the life support monitoring system, checking th vitals and brainwave patterns, they all seemed to be well within acceptable parameters meaning he was still unable to revert to his other form and laying waste to the monsters in control of the facility who put him here in the first place after they killed the girl he had been with.
"I feel sorry for who ever gets in to Will's way if he ever finds out about this Marcus." Jay said with disgust as he looks at the machine that Raiju was hooked up to.
"No joke!" Marcus replied quietly "if I'm on duty when that happens, I'll just throw him the keys and run in the opposite direction, I'm just glad the guy who's taking care of Will isn't cleared to come here, he's still too new"
Finishing his checklist Smith exited the room, doing his best to hold back the bile from leaping out of his stomach, it was still hard to believe someone as respected as the Director would treat this person so inhumanly, it was like he didn't view Will or the others as people or even human, he shook his head slowly as the door closed behind him and he prepared to leave the Deep-iso wing so he could check on Luna again and have another 'pleasant conversation'
"Do you think one of us should try and find Will's brother and sister and let them know where hi is?" Jay asked as he relocked the door to Raiju's room." I mean from what he has told me, Will did take on the people who killed his parents so that those two could escape."
"would you even know where to look?" Marcus asked "they were brought here five years ago, there's no way of knowing there Will's siblings would be by now, there's a good chance we'd never find them, if you want to go looking for them, be my guest I'll cover for you if need be, I think we'd be better off here helping to keep these three safe until they can all be set free without being caught or killed by the higher-ups"
"Maybe they might be in the town that is near here, but I do agree with you about keeping these three safe." Jay said as he sat back down."I'm going to wait a few days and then go and look."
Marcus nods "fair enough" he replied knowing the less they talked about it for now the better, as they were uncertain if one of the Director's hardliners might catch wind of their chat and report it to him, the last thing they needed was the boss making things harder for them to help these three.
Jay nods as he gets a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach.
Jay faintly hears the sounds of footsteps and yelling coming from behind the sliding door that leads to the Deep-Iso unit and turns to Marcus."Looks like it has begun my friend, should we start preping things on our end?"
Marcus nods "I'll deal with the man at the door, you get that door ready to open for that guy's rescue party" he said before making his way to the access room to knock out the guard on duty and punch in the access code for the massive steel door.
"Right." Jay said as he unlocked the door to Raiju's room and broke the key off to prevent it from being locked again."You do realize that we are going to have to leave after this right?"
"meh!" Marcus replied as he entered the final sequence "this was a boring job anyway, and who knows, maybe we can hook up with Will and his group for a while as extra manpower"
Jones was in the records room, checking on the induction process Will had been through when he noticed the files for two other individuals that had been given similar classifications as Will, one was a girl named Luna who had been brought in around the same time as Will and another named Raiju who was here about a year after the other two, Luna was being taken care of by Doctor Smith, but Raiju was in...the Deep-iso wing?, that was a closed off area that was said only hold one patient...and several guards...was Raiju some kind of psycho?. He checked the reports, this guy had been involved in a massive battle against a spec-ops force called the Black Burst Battalion (B.B.B.), a unit designed originally as an anti-terrorist strike force but had been redeployed for combating 'extra-species threats', this was confusing according to the apprehension report he had taken down half of the force before they were able to subdue him and bring him here, but it had all started when their scouting team had used a sniper to eliminate an extra-species sympathizer whom he had apparently been romantically involved with at the time of the encounter. he quickly took the report on Raiju and the status report on Luna and pocketed them for Will to read, he had also learned that Wills food and drink were being laced with a sedative/drug that would keep him weak and controllable and they were considering doing the same to Luna because she was still being difficult with her caretakers. once he had put everything else away he left the records room, not noticing the security camera built into the ceiling that had seem everything and delivered it's findings to the Director himself.
Later Jones entered Will's room "I found some interesting things, first off it seems that your food and drink has been laced with a highly addictive drug that doubles as a sedative meant to keep you under the director's control" he explained as he handed the reports on Luna and Raiju to Will "and second, tell me if the names Luna or Raiju sound familiar to you because they were brought here roughly the same time as you, Luna was anyway, Raiju came here about one year later" he explained as he waited for Will to read the forms.
Will takes the forms and looks over them before he answered. "I haven't heard about Luna before, but Raiju is a friend of mine." Will said to Doctor Jones as he continued to read the form over Raiju and his anger started to rise. "Where is Raiju being held at?"
"He's in the Deep-Isolation wing" Jones explained "it's an extremely high security area, i don't have the clearence but the doctor who's tending to Luna does, doctor Smith might be able to help get you in, but it won't be easy on your own"
"I'll just have to get Luna and Doctor Smith to help me get in there and I'll take care of the rest myself." Will said as he set the forms down and stood up as a swirling mass of fire suddenly appeared in his right hand."Doc what ever happens from here on out, it has been a honor to know you and that guard Jay."
Three guards in black full body armor enter the room "freeze!" the one in front said in a commanding tone "Doctor Smith, you have been charged with undermining the Directors authority and stealing classified documents, the Director will speak with you now!, and you patient Alpha-9, you will stand down now or we will open fire on both of you, we have been authorized to employ lethal force" they all cocked their weapons and trained them on both Will and Jones.
" I am not patient Alpha-9. My name is Will Blackfire" Will stated as he charged the nearest Guard and shoved the fireball into his face before turning on the other Guards. "Doctor Jones, go tell Doctor Smith I am on my way to him and to have Luna waiting."
Jones nodded and made a break for it while the remaining guards tried to deal with Will, The two guards opened fire, their weapons used silver laced rounds, the silver would flake off inside the target's body essentially killing them from the inside out.
'Silver rounds huh.' Will thought as he found his sword and made his right hand into claws as he dodged and went in for the kill on the two guards." You two are pathetic."
"that's what you think!" one of the guards said as he hit a hidden trigger in his grip and a silver blade popped out of the gun hear the barrel, while he and his partner charged, another two guards (who were just arriving to escort Jones to the Director) entered the room and joined in the fight to subdue the prisoner.
"Hmm four against one huh." Will said as he dodged the blade and shoved his own blade into one guard and used his clawed hand to take out the other one. "You two might want to run now." Will growled out as he fully went into his hybrid wolf form and entered a controlled rage state as he looked at the two remaining guards.
One of the remaining guards charged at Will while his partner opened fire, they were attempting to take Will down with a crossfire pattern the charging guard tried to get himself into a better position to cut loos with several rounds of his own weapon.
Will drops down low as he throws his sword at the guard that is firing at him and watches as it impales his heart before turning and atacking the other guard with his claws and teeth.
Knowing he doesn't stand a chance here, he trips the dead man's switch on his uniform "fry mutt" is all he says as the suit's built in packets of incendiary gel are opened and the entire suit spontaneously explodes with intense flames quickly consuming the oxygen in the room and spreading with frightening speed.
'S**t!' Will thought as he dove out of the door to his room while getting some burns form the fast moving flames."Now to meet up with the doctors and Luna." Will said to himself as he made his way to Luna's room by following Doctor Jones's scent.
Jones ran through the halls till he spotted Smith about to enter Luna's room again, once he got up to Smith he whispered "it's time" Smith's eyes widened slightly "and?" was his only reply. Jones walked with him into the room "it seems he plans to take her with him, as well as the Deep-iso" he explained "before we release her it would be best if we wait for him to arrive" Smith suggested "especially since if we did so before he arrived then she would most likely kill us and attempt to escape o her own, and that would be counterproductive to the overall plan" Jones nodded in agreement before they both faced Luna and Smith spoke to Luna "good news my dear" he said cheerfully "it seems that one of the other patients has decided to break out of here and will soon be here to free you and our other patient from this facility" Jones nodded "once Will gets here we'll release you and do what we can to help all three of you get out of here safely" he explained.
"Pffft hahaha what kind of sick joke is this?! what are you playing at now?!" Luna asked laughing slightly.
"It's not a joke. We are getting out of here today as soon as I retrieve a friend from the Deep-Iso unit." Will said as he leaned against the doorway to Luna's room with some blood still dripping off of his claws and sword." Doctor Jones, could you or doctor Smith please release Luna's cuffs before more guards get here."
"we were just waiting on you so Luna here didn't try to make us see our own internal organs" Doctor Smith said as he approached Luna's bonds and proceeded to remove them "once I'm done here we'll help you get to the Deep-Iso Wing to get Raiju out of that monstrocity he's plugged into"
"Sounds good to me." Will said as he winced slightly as the burns that he had got started to slowly heal themselves.
Luna jumped up as soon as her hand cuffs where off and got closer to Will, but still kept her distances from everyone. "Do..you have some scalpels?" she asked the doctor not in her usually mocking tone, but not in a trusting one either.
Smith points to the white box on the wall behind the door "in the emergency surgery kit on the wall behind the door there, there are three curved scalpels among the surgical tools" he said as he and Jones exited the room to keep an eye out or guards while Luna arms herself.
'Hang on old friend cause I am coming to get you.' Will though as he gripped the handle of his sword tighter."Being stuck in here for Five years is long enough. First thing I'm going to do after we get out of here is take Raiju and find my brother and sister. Luna, you are more than welcome to join us if you want to."
Luna glanced at Will as if trying to test his strength with her eyes. she wasn't sure if there was a game he was playing at or not, but she wasn't going to pass up this opportunity. "Hmmm~ five years huh? ....Yeah..that seems long... Maybe I have family some where.." she played with the scalpels in her hand, testing their weight as she walked closer to Will." Let's get to this, I'd rather die sooner or escape faster then, then let the anxiety build."
"Right." Will said as he walked back outside to where the doctors were waiting."We are ready now so lets go."
Jones nods and he starts to lead the way while Smith fishes out his access card for the Deep-Iso wing of the complex, he knew that the moment Raiju is removed from the machine there will be a complex wide black out in a matter of minutes as much of the power taken from Raiju is diverted to every branch of the facility and once the source is removed, the batteries will have no way of replenishing themselves fast enough before everything goes dark, but that's to be expected when you depend so heavily on a single power source for so long.
They do their best to avoid the bulk of the search teams as they are composed of veteran members of the B.B.B. and would be difficult for them to get through without possible losses "best to wait until we've released Raiju before we deal with them" Smith told them "I remember the reports saying it took a small army of them to take him down and they still suffered heavy losses"
"Well by the end of today they are going to have more losses to their ranks, I can assure you that." Will said with some hatred in his voice.
"Why not all their rankings? I mean, if Raiju is as strong as he sounds and you can use your sword, that's already like a small army then you include myself, the doctor, some workers, and inmates...hmph~ there would be nothing standing in our way~" Luna hummed with a slight spin as she walked.
"If we have to take them all out then we will." Will said.
As the doctors neared the Deep-Iso wing Smith noticed Marcus in the security room, once their eyes met Marcus pressed the button on the panel and a card slot came out of the wall, Smith slid his access card into the slot and the steel door slid out of the way "we haven't got much time" Marcus said as he exited the booth "once you yank Raiju out of there the power will start to fluctuate and eventually go out" he handed the doctors a pair of semi-automatic assault rifles "don't want you guys forgetting these" smith and Jones proceeded to strap the guns onto their backs as Marcus pointed out a nearby gunrack stocked with more of the same weapons to Will and Luna "help yourselves" he said as he went to help the doctors with removing many of the tubes and wires from Raiju's body.
Luna looked the guns over wide eyed." Uhhh.......I..Don't know how to use those..."
"I have some basic knowledge on how to use them." Will said as he grabbed two pistols and their holsters plus ammo before going to help unhook Raiju.
Marcus and Smith are now standing on either side of Raiju and Jones is standing in front of him bracing himself for what's next, Marcus and Smith are now activating the final release that would remove the last wires from Raiju's body and unlock the mechanism covering the lower half of his body, once the switches had been flipped the covering quickly slid away and Raiju fell forward on top of Jones who was barely able to keep his footing with the added weight.
Raiju's eyes blinked as he tried to focus his eyes and his mind "wha..wh...where am I?" he asked weakly as his body struggled to obey his vague commands to move.
"Don't worry about that right now old friend. I'll fill you in after we get out of here." Will said as calmly as he could while his rage started to boil over and he gripped his sword even tighter." I am going to make these @$$holes pay for doing this to you."
"Marcus and I will help you Will since this is our last day working in this place." Jay said as he walked up fully armed.
"Hey, shouldn't we get moving before the power goes out?" Luna asked looking at the man called Raiju curiously.
Smith and Jones each grabbed an arm and hefted Raiju up while Marcus took the lead "the lady's right" he said "time to make like a bread truck and haul buns" he cocked his gun and lead the group down the most direct route to the nearest exit, all the while he used the small earpiece he lifted from the guard he knocked out to listen to the radio chatter to see who was where in the suppression teams.
'Something isn't right,its to quite.'Will though as he used his eyes to quickly scan each hallway as they made their way towards the exit.
"Marcus, I think Will is on to something." Jay said as he walked almost beside Marcus."It's unusually quite in here for this time of day."
That was what made Marcus freeze "they're setting something up!" he said in shock as it all made sense, there was little to no radio traffic besides what was standard routine which meant they knew or at least suspected that they were being tapped and were using a separate frequency or means of coordinating their men, this made him worry, what were they planning and would they survive it?
Raiju was slowly regaining his footing and only needed minor help in staying upright, his mind was less fuzzy now too but still too foggy for him to concentrate and change forms just yet, he heard what everyone was saying "they'll....more..than likely....have the main...entrances...covered" he managed to get out.
"Well in that case old friend, I'll just go and make a opening." Will said as he formed another fireball in his right hand but shrunk it's size until it resembled a small glowing marble." When ya'll hear the boom come in shooting." with that being said Will howls and takes off charging towards the entrance.
Smith and Jones looked at each other "umm....should we be worried?" Jones asked, Smith simply shrugged his shoulders, all Raiju did was smile quietly, he has a feeling things were about to get loud, the perfect way to work the drowsiness out of his head, not to mention the mounting frustration as the memories of what happened to him before he was captured started to float around in his mind.
"Oh dear, things have gotten rather sticky...." Luna hummed readying for the sound.
Will growls as he burst through the main entrance to the Ward and spotted the B.B.B squad.'Time to make these fools burn." Will thought as he threw the marble-sized firebomb into the midst of the B.B.B squad."FIRE IN THE HOLE!" Will yelled as he quickly dove into a nearby dumpster as the firebomb detonated with a loud KABOOM.
Luna quickly charged to one side of the door, to avoid friendly fire.
Kai jerked his head up when he heard the boom. "Ooooh~ that sounds fun~" And like a good distraction~ He thought to himself with a smirk as he started a small current of electricity going through his hands.
Raiju rolled his eyes "all the sublty of a demolition derby" he muttered as the group made their way for the exit, upon making it outside they were met by a platoon of armed soldiers in black and red body armor wielding firearms that looked more at place in a sci-fi movie.
Smith and Jones went as white as ghosts "the Black Burst Battalion..." Smith said with more than a hint of fear in his voice, while Marcus braced himself as he readied his weapon.
"stand down and surrender" came a voice over a megaphone "we are the Black Burst Battalion and we are authorized to use deadly force if you do not comply, this is your only warning"
Raiju's eyes flashed "I was hoping to run into you guys..." he growled as electricity started to arc across his form "time for some long overdue PAYBACK!!" he roared as the lightning intensified, the doctors and Marcus jumped to the side as Raju's size increased and his shape changed from a two-legged human to a massive beast with feline and canine traits, this was the true form of Raiju the Thunder beast, before any of the soldiers could react Raiju leaped right into the thickest group of soldiers and started to rip them apart with almost laughable ease.
"I'm not letting you have all of the fun Raiju," Will said with a growl as he jumped out of the dumpster and started tearing in to the soldiers with the skills and grace of a seasoned sword fighter.
"Just don't stand there Marcus, lets let those soldiers have it," Jay said as he started to unload his rifle into the soldiers.
Marcus nodded and trained his assault rifle on one of the thinner groups of soldiers "get some!" he yelled as he started to unload his weapon;s ammo on these 'elite' soldiers.
"Hey guys I just have four words to say,FIRE IN THE HOLE!" Will said as he made a bunch of firebombs and threw them around the area that he was in before shoving the last one down the throat of a B.B.B soldier and kicking him into a group of his companions and watching as he blew up along with the other firebombs.
Luna didn't want to be out done and quickly charged into a small group herself, quickly and gracefully slicing through arteries, and necks like a surgeon on crack.
Raiju let out a thunderous roar as he unleashed a multi-directional blast of lightning frying all the soldiers in the immediate area and many others nearby as the lightning arced from one person to the next like links in a chain.
"Think I overdid it with that last attack." Will said as he rested on one knee with his sword infront of him so he could still defend himself."Hey Raiju lets wrap this up and get out of here."
Raiju looked at will for a second and nodded before throwing his head towards the shy and let out another roar as loud as the first one, this time it summoned a shower of lightning on every B.B.B. soldier there but spared their allies, when the smoke cleared all the soldiers were either out cold or dead, Raiju didn't exactly care which at the moment, he slowly turned to the others and knelt down for them to climb on, the drugs were still in his system but in his transformed state they were quickly being burned out, and his Heven's Cry attack had weakened him so he knew his demon form would provide them with a speedy getaway.
Marcus nodded "alright let's saddle up and get outta here" he called to the others as Smith and Jones went to help Will.
"Thanks guys." Will said as he put his sword up and started to change back into his human form as Jones and Smith helped him up onto Raiju's back.
"It's no problem Will." Jay said as he climbed up on to Raiju's back.
Luna quickly flicked most the blood off her blade before climbing onto Raiju. "I-is this safe?"
"It is as safe as we can get giving our current situation," Will said to Luna before looking towards the forest thinking.'Ok if I was Dean and he was searching for me this whole time, then the last place he probably would go is into the town that was just a little to the north of our village.' Will thought to himself before he spoke to Raiju." Raiju, we need to head to that town that was a little to the north of my old home. I have some business to take care of there."
As Marcus settled himself on Raiju's back the massive beast lurched forward as he leapt into the air and they all disappeared in a sudden flash, he had converted himself and those on his back into lightning, allowing them to move at the incredible speed of the very element that Raiju commands, i no time they make it to a small clearing just outside the town Will had pointed them to and the group reappeared as if they had just walked there, Raiju again set himself down to allow the others to slide off him easily.
Will slides off and does some quick stretches before sniffing the air slightly while picking up Dean and Raven's scent."At least I was right about them heading into town." Will said to himself with his eyes closed as he also faintly picked the scent of the hunters that captured him five years ago."*sigh* But I didn't expect the hunters to be there to."
Luna jumped down a bit shaken from the fast transformation.".... wh-what was that?!"
After the Guards and the Doctors got off him Raiju returned to his human form "much better" he said as he stretched a bit as he looked at Luna "I converted us to lightning and traveled at the speed of lightning to a random location a short distance from the town, it's how I often travel when on my own" he explained.
"If I remember correctly I had the same reaction that Luna had the first time I experienced that form of travel." Will said with a light chuckle.
"I prefer my human form...." Luna muttered to herself as she tested her fingers and hand movement to make sure nothing was damaged.
Raiju rolled his eyes "honestly, is travelling by lightning really that bad?" he asked as he finished his stretches.
"It is at first, but it grows on you after a while." Will said while popping his neck."I feel more at ease now that we are out of that place."
Luna stretched as she replied. "At least warn me before you do it again."
"sure thing" Raiju replied with a small smile "but just so you know, I don't often use the human language to speak when I'm in my demon form, so just look for other clues and hang on"
"We really shouldn't stay out in the open in case the B.B.B. is looking for us." Will said as he looked at the group."There is a town maybe thirty minutes away from here if ya'll want to go."
Forest:
"Its been five years and still no sign of Will"Dean said to Raven as he leaned against a tree."I hope we can find him soon."
"Like you said it's been FIVE years. There aren't very many places left to look." Raven replied dropping down from the branch she was surveying the area from.
"Raven, come on we are going into town."Dean said as he got off of the tree and started towards the town."We might get a lead on Will while we are there."
Elina noticed a village up ahead. *Oh good.* She thought to herself. * I can finally sing again for some extra change since that man took most of it to sharpen my daggers a ways back. Besides a warm meal would do me good.* She heard some voices and hid behind a tree. *Who are they? Could one be that werewolf that saved me as a girl?* Her hand slipped into her dagger pouch slowly. She wanted to be sure no noise was made so, she could protect herself in case they turned be an enemy instead.
Raven was already alart and was able to smell the new scent. She put up a hand to tell Dean to listen then jerked her head towards the direction of the scent.
Dean nods his head at Raven and turns to face where the scent is coming from."We meen you no harm so you can come out from hiding."Dean said as he took a calm yet alert stance>"We are just looking for our missing brother."
Unable to move, Elina stuttered: "C-can you promise that you won't h-harm me?" Still gripping a dagger in its pouch tightly.
"Yes we will not hurt you."Dean said as he relaxed some."We are just looking for any info on where our brother is at."
"Dean....this could be trap......" Raven stated now even more alert then before.
"I heard that. Seems you don't know me very well." Elina shouted, releasing her grip on the dagger and walked slowly out from behind the tree. Stood a bit a ways with hands up in air. *Please don't kill me she thought."I'am just hungry and need some rest." She said calmly.
"We have some left over food if you'd like....but keep you hands up intel I've finished checking you over!" Raven said slowly heading towards the girl.
"Alright, go ahead." she answered showing no fear.
"Sorry about my sister but we have been on edge for the past five years since we lost our home."Dean said with a small smile.
"I understand." Elina said with compassion. Stayed motionless like a statue until this *search* was finished.
Raven finished the search and shot Dean a glare as if to say "Don't tell her any more about us!". "Well besides those daggers You seem clean, here." She reached into a bag, pulled out some jerky and handed to the girl.
"Thank you." She whispered as she took the jerky. "I wasn't expecting anyone on this path to the village. I was just on my way back there." she said as she went to eat the jerky.
"We was just passing through here and thinking about heading into the village."Dean said as he leaned against the tree again and gave Raven a look as to say"should we show her the picture of Will?".
Raven nodded to Dean.
"Well, it isn't far from here maybe a half mile. Elina piped up feeling better from getting nutrition.
Dean pulls a photo of Will from his pocket and handed it to Elina."This is a photo of our brother."Dean said to Elina."You haven't seen him around anywhere have you?"
Elina takes the photograph and looks for a good few moments.
"Hmmmm, I don't think I have but I could be mistaken. Lets go to town and see." She smiled encouragingly.
"Okay...but we should stick close to each other....who knows who's in town." Raven said giving a slight shiver at the last statement.
"Don't worry Raven, I won't let anything happen to you ok."Deansaid as he walked over and put his hand on her shoulder.
Raven smiled slightly but was still unsure.
Elina patted her pockets to make sure she had everything. "Alright, I will lead the way." she said as she walked forward down the dirt path.
"Come on Sis lets go."Dean said as he followed after Elina.
Raven nodded as she fallowed reluctantly
Elina walked down the path casually, refreshed and encouraged.
"Sis, if something were to happen while we are in the town I want you to go with this girl someplace safe ok."Dean said to Raven in a low voice."Will would kill me if I let you get hurt, so promise me that you will go, please."
Elina stopped at the bar door, turned around and said loudly: "Were here you both coming?"
"Yeah we're comming." Dean said as he walked up.
Raven gripped her shoulder nervously, she really didn't want to think about being separated from Dean, it was hard enough losing their parents and Will, but now it sounded like Dean was saying goodbye. She heard Elina and snaped back into reality. "Oh..ri-right.." she fallowed Dean absent mindedly.
Elina smiled and opened the door to let them in first, "Guests always come in first here."
"Alright." Dean said while taking a calming breath before he entered the bar.
Elina followed in after him and closed the door. "I can show you to a room if you like?" asking in hopes to calm the nerves of a new place. She felt that at first too herself.
Raven was right behind Dean, practicly against his back as she scanned the new environment for threats.
"Can I get you guys anything? Hot beverage or something to eat?" Elina asked calmly.
"Just something to eat for now." Dean said as he sat down at a empty table.
"What would you like? Stew, Chowder, Vegetables...?" She asked again.
"Some stew would be fine." Dean said.
"Chowder...." Raven replied looking around nervously
"Alright, I will go and get that for you." Elina says calmly and goes to kitchen to give order to the cook.
A few minutes later, Elina comes out with their meals.
"Stew for you." Sets it infront of Dean.
"And... Chowder for you." Sets it infront of Raven.
Sets napkins, and cutlery down for them on table.
"Let me know if you need anything else." Elina smiles and nods. Walks on to take other peoples orders.
